Workout Notes 2014 Week 13

Eagles Nest

After killing myself in the RnR Half on Sunday, I poured on the biggest week of training ever - Joining Ron, Jeff, Jamie, Pedro, Pete, Blake, Bradon, Brandon, and Lauren for the FMF Training camp!! The highlight for me was getting dropped in in 120M bike and then getting caught in a massive Thunderstorm and then getting lost and finally having to call for the rescue!
