Our Friends in QA
The relationship between product developers and the quality assurance team members can occasionally be a stressful one. The manager’s goal is to balance the inherent friction that exists between the groups with effective teamsmanship and leadership such that the whole team excels in getting quality software out the door.

Unbeknownst to me, the QA Team Lead on my project decided to create a 'report card' that he now sends twice a day to my boss, the director. Here is my first report card (since graduate school that is...):

Hmmm...I have not had a report card this bad since High School! Acckkk! Unreal. Just shoot me. Please.

Comments:

This is not how *I* manage team friction!! But this is what I have to deal with while trying to keep the peace.
