Anyway, back to the workout, after the mill and some stretching, I headed to the pool. I knocked out 550 (yards? - I am not sure if the pool is SCY or SCM.) My plan was to do at least 800 yards, but my right calf started to cramp up. So I called it quits.
It was a nice workout. Felt good. I wish I had time to do more bike and swim during the week.
