Thursday - 30 minutes LeMond RevMaster 9.2 miles
Friday - 4x500m + 5x100m Swim - 1 hour
Saturday - 52 Miles on the Cannondale
Sunday - 41 miles on the Cannondale

Total For Week:
Bike: 111.5 Miles
Swim: 2500 Meters
