Too Many Beer Bottles Part Two
Today was a good day to brew up a second batch in an effort to fill the empty bottles. The standard recipe was followed. But it should be noted that I used my last two Fuggles plugs. And I forgot to dry hop the last batch. So I need to make another trip to the beer store for some hops.

7 lbs Pale Malt Extract
2 lbs. Ground Weyermann's Carafoam Crystal Malt
5.5 - 6.0 Gallons of Water
1.5 ounces of Challenger Hops (10.1%) Boiling
1.0 ounce of Fuggles Plugs Hops (4.0%) Finishing
Wyeast 1007 German Ale Yeast

Specific Gravity: 1.049

August 5 Update - Specific Gravity was 1.014 after one week! Man that was fast. I racked the wort but I think its ready for the bottle too!
