September Workouts
September was a weird month. In August I set a record for the bike. Keeping up the bike was a challenge this month due to travel and also mechanical difficulties! So instead I doubled my swim mileage relative to August and also set a PB for most miles in a month! Next week I'll have the knee surgery and as such October ought to be a much lighter month.

First Week of Sept
Run - 6 Miles
Bike - 156.0 Miles
Swim - 5025 Meters

Second Week of Sept
Run - 28 Miles
Bike - 102.9 Miles
Swim - 1500 Meters

Third Week of Sept
Run - 10.9 Miles
Bike - 9.5 Miles
Swim - 10000 Meters

Last Week of Sept
Run - 0 Miles
Bike - 106.2 Miles
Swim - 11050 Meters

Total for the month:
Run - 44.9 Miles
Bike - 398.4 Miles
Swim - 30075 Meters

YTD Totals:
Run 822.8 Miles
Bike 2331.8 Miles
Swim 180005 Meters

So. How did the Cutting Open go??

Its really shocking. Absolutly no pain. Three days after surgery I am walking around without a limp, without pain, and without aid. I did 10 minutes on the stationary bike today as well. Right now I just can't wait to run!
