Workout Notes Week Ending Oct 21
This was my second full week post surgery day 9-16. I did PT on Monday and Tuesday, then on Tuesday afternoon, I checked in with Montgomery. He gave me the all clear signal for as much bike and swim as I could stand (no running until after Turkey Day.) And he took out the stitches. On Saturday, 15 days after the surgery I got on the road bike for the first time and knocked out a 30+ mile ride to Marissa's soccer game. Total for the week over 80 miles bike and 2500 meters swim - not bad for a week after knee surgery.
