Workout Notes Week Ending November 25
This was a weird week for many reasons. That said, I RAN for the FIRST TIME since...September 23rd! Two months - zero miles running....plus knee surgery! And its just in time too, as these Monday Wednesday, Friday bike rides on the lifecycle are getting really, really old. Wednesday, I just could not stomach doing an hour on the stupid thing. Plus I had a real stressful day at work. Thursday after my RUN, we drove down to San Antonio for Marissa's soccer tournament. It was raining and 40 degrees and windy the whole weekend. I managed to do 35 min on the stupid recumbent lifecycle at the hotel on Friday, but Saturday there was no way to get in any workouts. Sunday we drove back home and then I hit the gym for a nice 3000 meter swim! :-) Weird Week.
Monday Nov 19 - 30 minutes Lifecycle 10.0 miles.
Tuesday Nov 20 - 450WU; 4x200 (95-100/100 pace 20 sec rest; 4x100 (under 95, 15 sec rest); 4x50 (under 45, 10 sec rest); 200 pull, 4x50 kick, 100, 100TT (1:21.5);50; 450 - 2950 Swim.
Wednesday Nov 21 - 30 minutes Lifecycle 10.0 miles
Thursday Nov 22 - 3.4 mile Run - 30 min.
Friday Nov 23 - 10 miles Lifecycle 35 min
Saturday Nov 24 - Nuthin'
Sunday Nov 25 - 500WU, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 100, 200, 300, 4x100 - 3000 Swim
Total for the week:
Run - 3.4 Miles
Bike - 30 Miles
Swim - 5950 Meters
Total for Nov:
Run - 3.4 Miles
Bike - 337.3 Miles
Swim - 23650 Meters
