Workout Notes 2008 Week 5
This was the last week before starting Hill Training. Given that I was heading to Houston on Monday, I did my first Hill Workout on Sunday. No bike this week, either - that makes two weeks in a row.

Monday Jan 28 - Circuits with Karl - Northwood Hills - 5.5 miles running.

Tuesday Jan 29 - 500WU, 500 pull, 400, 300pull, 250, 50, 100pull, 200, 300pull, 400 - 3000 Meter Swim

Wednesday Jan 30 - Circuits Timberglen - 5.5 miles running.

Thursday Jan 31 - 500 WU, 4x100 pull on 2 descend; 3x100 on 1:50 Descend; 2x100 pull on 1:40 descend; 100 kick; 4x50 pull on 60 descend; 4x50 on 60 descend; 3x50 pull on 55 descend; 3x50 on 55; 2x50 pull on 50; 2x50 on 50; 100 kick; 250 pull; 10x25 (fly, 2xback, 3x breast, 4x free) on 40 - 3000 Swim

Friday Feb 1 - 62 minute 8 mile run.

Saturday Feb 2 - 33 minute run 3.75 miles.

Sunday Feb 3 - Flagpole Hill - 3 hills plus 2x:30 and 1x:60 and 12x:08 - 8 Miles Running.

Total for the week:
Run - 30.75 Miles
Bike - 0 Miles
Swim - 6000 Meters

Total for Jan:
Run - 123.4 Miles
Bike - 127.1 Miles
Swim - 25000 Meters
