Workout Notes 2008 Week 6
Spend Monday through Wednesday down at Headquarters in Houston. I almost missed Wednesdays work and 30 min on the bike is pretty sorry. But considering that was the bike of any kind in over two weeks, I guess we will take it. Terry killed me on the Saturday ride. It was upper 30's and my toes were frozen solid. Sunday's ride was beautiful - 70 degrees. Go figure.


Monday Feb 04 - 60 min run from the Westchase Hilton, Houston - 8 miles.

Tuesday Feb 05 - 55 min run from the Westchase Hilton - 7.3 miles

Wednesday Feb 06 - 30 min lifecycle - 10 miles.

Thursday Feb 07 - 3 hills plus 2x:30 and 1x:60 and 12x:08 - 8 miles running.

Friday Feb 08 - 200 WU, 2x50, 5x100 pull, 500, 2x50, 3x50, 3x50, 2x50, 5x100, 500, 2x50, 3x50, 3x50, 2x50, 10x50, 200 - 4000 Meter Swim.

Saturday Feb 09 - 16.4 Ave, 76 Ave CAD, 2:14 Ride Time - Freezing Cold with Terry - McKinney Airport Loop 36.7 Miles Bike.

Sunday Feb 10 - Rockwall Loop - Ave 16.7, CAD 82, 2:39 Ride Time, 44.5 mile bike with Victoria and Mike.

Total for the week:
Run - 23.3 Miles
Bike - 91.2 Miles
Swim - 4000 Meters

Total for Feb:
Run - 43.0 Miles
Bike - 91.2 Miles
Swim - 4000 Meters
