Workout Notes 2008 Week 19
No bike this week! Marissa's team had a huge soccer tournament and the girls kept winning. Marissa and I spent Friday night in the Marriott Courtyard at Fossil Creek in North Fort Worth. I slipped out at 0500 for a nice 60 minute loop before all the soccer. Because the girls qualified for the playoffs, I had to do the same maneuver on Sunday morning as well.
Monday May 5 - Intervals at Timberglen 8x2:00 (2:00 rest) max hr 182 - 9.0 Miles Run
Tuesday May 6 - 30 min plus 10x100 strides - 5 miles run
Wednesday May 7 - 500WU, 5x(5x50 on 1 in 40, 250 pull in 3:45) w/Mary - 3000 Meter Swim
Thursday May 8 - 4x600 36.4, 74.3 (37.9), 1:52.9(38.6)
35.4, 73.2 (37.8), 1:50.2 (37.0)
36.5, 74.7 (38.2), 1:51.6 (36.9)
36.0, 73.6 (37.6), 1:50.4 (36.8)
7 miles running - With Terry, Karl at Pearce HS
Friday May 9 - 3000M Swim w/Mary; although I forgot to log the workout.
Saturday May 10 - 8 Miles Run, 60 min, Fossil Creek - North Ft Worth.
Sunday May 11 - 8 Miles Run, 62 min, Murphy-Breckinridge Loop.
