Workout Notes 2008 Week 40
After last week's tri, this week was about working on strength. And it is feeling pretty good! Vic was dragging a bit during our Sunday Ride - but still not too bad.

Monday Sep 29 - Circuits Carpenter Wk 6 inc 91 pushups and 145 situps. (162) 5.5 Miles Run.

Tuesday Sep 30 - 500 wu 2X(300, 3X100 (set 1&2 25 kick, 25 back, 25 free, 25 kick) on 2:30; 4X50 on 55), 300 pull, 3x100 on 1:50, 4x50 on 55; 4x 25 kick w/fins on 30 - 3000 Swim (162)

Wednesday Oct 01 - 61 minute run from Lifetime Plano - 7.75 miles run (160)

Thursday Oct 02 - circuits wk 6 - plus 90 pushups and 150 situps - carpenter park (161) - 5.5 miles run.

Friday Oct 03 - 500WU, 2x200 on 3:30; 4x100 on 1:55; 6x50 on 55; 2x200 pull on 3:30; 4x100 on 1:50; 6x50 on 55; 8x25 kick/fins on 40; 100 easy - 3000 Swim (162)

Saturday Oct 04 - 92 min run - 11.2 miles

Sunday Oct 05 - Ride with Vic around White Rock Lake - 3:18 (16.6 ave, 76 CAD) 55 miles bike.

Weight: 160 -162

Total for the week:
Run - 30.0 Miles
Bike - 55 Miles
Swim - 6000 Meters

Total for Oct:
Run - 24.5 Miles
Bike - 55.0 Miles
Swim - 3000 Meters
