Workout Notes 2008 Week 47
The legs were starting to feel a bit dead this week. Both Interval workouts were solid, after a good warmup. I could not manage to get under 60 for my 8 mile run on Wednesday. Friday, I left my swim workout on the printer before I went to the pool, so instead I just did the braindead 1000's - but really not bad to swim long and at pace. Saturday I took Logan to soccer practice and ran a long run from there. But I took a wrong turn. Still I managed 13.1 in 93 - that was really fast. Felt good too. Sunday was an easy ride with Vic. Not as cold as I had been expecting.
