Workout Notes 2009 Week 6
Bad week. Monday Logan came home with the Flu and was outta school for the rest of the week. Reagan also got it on Wednesday. Meanwhile Wednesday afternoon I felt pretty good and hammered my 8 mile loop in 58 and change. But by the time I got home I was starting to feel pretty bad. Thursday I could not manage to do my circuits and I cut down my swim on Friday as well. Saturday I did an easy 30 min run and Sunday I went out on the bike for a short ride with Vic. I felt OK during the ride, but then I felt like crap the rest of the day. Sheesh.


Monday Feb 2 - circuits week 5 - plus 140 crunches; 80 pushups and 18 burpees. 5.5 miles run

Tuesday Feb 3 - 500WU; 5x100(25 kick, 75 swim, 25s/50K/25S, 25S/75K; 25K/75S, 100S); 2x(10x25 kick on 30 Fins, 5x50 on 55; 250 pull); 200 Kickw/fins; 250 Pull, 250 Swim- 3200 Swim (165)

Wednesday Feb 4 - 59 min, 8 mile run (162).

Thursday Feb 5 - 35 min easy 4.0. (162).

Friday Feb 6 - 500. 500 pull, 200 kick - 1200 Meter Swim (164)

Saturday Feb 7 - 30 min, 4 mile run.

Sunday Feb 8 - 37.4 miles bike with Vic and Marius.

Weight: 162-165

Total for the week:
Run - 27.0 Miles
Bike - 37.4 Miles
Swim - 4400 Meters

Total for Feb:
Run - 30.5 Miles
Bike - 37.4 Miles
Swim - 4400 Meters
