Workout Notes 2009 Week 9
Better week. Wednesday it was 75 when I ran, and Thursday it was 85 for hills! Back down to45 with 35MPH winds on Saturday. 54 and windy on Sunday. Sheesh!

It was too cold and too windy - combined with the crazy soccer schedule - to get in any bike this week.

It has probably been years since I logged 40 miles running in a week!

Monday Feb 23 - Hills Week 2 - 3 hills plus 4x:30, 2x:60, 16x:08 - 8 miles running.

Tuesday Feb 24 - 500 WU, 5x200 on 3:30; 100 pull, 5x100 on 1:45; 150 kick; 5x50 on 55; 250 pull, 250 kick, 200 swim - 3200M Swim (164)

Wednesday Feb 25 - 61 min, 8 mile run (162)

Thursday Feb 26 - Hills Week 2 - 3 hills plus 4x:30, 2x:60, 16x:08 - 8 miles running.

Friday Feb 27 - 100 WU, 3x300 (as Kick, Pull, Swim), 3x(3x100 on 1:45, 6x50 on 55 (middle set pull); 100 kick), 100kick - 3200M Swim (164).

Saturday Feb 28 - 69 min run (cold, windy) - 8.5 miles.

Sunday Mar 01 -60 min run from sting - 7.5 miles.

Weight: 162-164

Total for the week:
Run - 40.0 Miles
Bike - 0 Miles
Swim - 6400 Meters

Total for Feb:
Run - 113.1 Miles
Bike - 138.4 Miles
Swim - 23600 Meters
