March Workouts
During the First two weeks of March I was focused on hill running. I managed to get in some reasonable bike rides, in spite of cold and windy conditions. I spent one week skiing, but I also ran 30 min each day during that trip.

Overall a solid month of building strength in run (hills) and transitioning to speed (intervals.)

First Week of March
Run - 43.5 Miles
Bike - 50.6 Miles
Swim - 6400 Meters

Second Week of March
Run - 36.0 Miles
Bike - 42.7 Miles
Swim - 6400 Meters

Third Week of March
Run - 29.3 Miles
Bike - 50.2 Miles
Swim - 0 Meters

Fourth Week of March
Run - 35.4 Miles
Bike - 51 Miles
Swim - 6400 Meters

Total for March:
Run - 153.1 Miles
Bike - 194.5 Miles
Swim - 22400 Meters

Total for 2009:
Run - 383.2 Miles
Bike - 542.4 Miles
Swim - 75350 Meters
