Workout Notes 2009 Week 28
After a week in London, and then last week on Vacation, this week really represented a transition back to the office. And also the transition from track. At work most of my meetings were starting at 0700. Starting this week they have been eliminated or start at 0800. That extra hour is the difference between working out during lunch break or in the AM. So this week I tied to get in some morning runs as well. That was harder than it sounds - its been a long time since I ran before work. What I discovered is that I was still rushing, so I was not doing the stretching and other work that I normally do with my runs.
