Workout Notes 2009 Week 30
Circuits! Yea!

Coach Vaughan agreed that I could start back on circuits (strength and plyometrics) this week. So _another_ transition week. I am doing the circuits on Mondays and Thursdays, and so that changes my swim days to Tuesdays and Fridays. I took this Friday off of work again as Logan was invited to train with Chelsea FC at SMU. That was a pretty cool deal, and I did not want to miss it. I was pretty tired by the time Friday rolled around and so instead of swimming in the AM, I did a very easy run like last week.

Saturday, Logan and Marissa both had 2 soccer games in the Lake Highlands Girls Classic League Qualifying Tournament. But, in a surprise move, the first game was at 11:30. That late start allowed me to get up at O Dark Thirty and do a loop of WRL. Of course that was too early in the morning for Miss Vicky and Terry was out doing the Dehydrator Bike Race somewhere in Oklahoma.
