Workout Notes 2009 Week 44
Monday I was still exhausted from the India trip, that combined with tons of work and demands for my time, meant that I took a second day off in a week. I have not done that in years. Tuesday, though, I could not get my legs moving for 2:00 min intervals. I did them - but it was very slow. Wednesday it felt good to get back in the pool, and Thursdays intervals were also better. Friday, I registered for the DRC 5K which I ran on Sunday - although I probably should have done something else instead.
