Workout Notes 2010 Week 3
Circuits week two. Hurting and it shows on the 8 mile and 12 mile runs!

Monday Jan 11: Circuits Week 2 5.5 miles run (50 min, recovery 510 (170)

Tuesday Jan 12: LTF Plano 500WU, 4x(4x50 pull on 55; 200 as 2x(25 kick, 25 stroke, 50 swim); 8x25 on 30 as 2x(3x25 swim, 1x25 kick)), 300Kick/fins - 3200M Swim(171)

Wednesday Jan 13: 64 min run from Solar McKinney (Recovery 51) 8.0 miles run

Thursday Jan 14: Circuits Week 2 5.5 miles run (54 min, recovery 38) (171)

Friday Jan 15: LTF Plano - 500 WU, 3x(300pull on 5, 2x150 on 3, 4x50 on 55) 2x50, 200Kick/fins on 55 - 3200 Swim(171)

Saturday Jan 16: 97 min, recovery 45, 12 mile run.

Sunday Jan 17: RBM Ride, 42.6 miles bike (ave 17.6 2:25 ride time); Then 2 mile run with Logan.

Weight: 170-171

Total for the week:
Run - 33 Miles
Bike - 42.6 Miles
Swim - 6400 Meters

Run - 79.5 Miles
