Workout Notes 2010 Week 21
This was a transition with what with the start of Track on Tuesday night. Except that Logan had a choir concert so there was not Tuesday night track for me. I was starting to feel a little over trained after Sundays race followed by hard intervals on Tuesday, and a pretty hard run on Wednesday. I went with easier intervals on Thursday and for the life of me I dont remember the details of Fridays swim, but certainly the volume was much less than the usual 4000 Meters! Saturday I did my track work at the crack of dawn. The 700 and 500 were uninspiring. Nice ride with Terry on Sunday.
