Workout Notes 2011 Week 13
Exhausted. No gas this week. I guess recovery from the week of skiing and the four weeks of hills before that. First week back in the office probably had something to do with it. Also because Mountain Daylight Time is the same as Central Standard Time, this was the first week of Daylight Savings. Anyway, I was tired.

Monday, I could hardly get going for intervals. Wednesday I had a very easy run, which I had hoped would get things back on track. Thursday Intervals were better than Monday, but were far from expectation. Friday, I over indulged at OTB (Mexican Chow) and I paid on Saturday Morning. I could not go a half a mile without stopping. :-(

Swims were good on Tuesday and Friday - hard 25s nice. Sunday's ride was COLD! Sheesh!

I am glad that this week is in the bag. Hopefully I am recovered and ready to hit some hard work next week.

Friday Mar 25: LTF Plano:5x100 - Swim, kick, IM, Pull, Swim; 8x50 side kick; 12x25 as 4x(hypoxic, hard, easy); 8x50 drillls with fins as 4x(25 left pull, 25 water polo, 25 right pull, 25 fist); 4x(12x25 hard, easy; 50 double back); 2x50 seal swim (12.5 scull, flip, 12.5 hard, flip, 12.5 polo, touch bottom, 12.5 fly); 100 stroke 3200 Swim (164)

Saturday Mar 26: 77 min, (Recovery 33) 8.5 mile Run

Sunday Mar 27: Lucas Loop (Ave 16.5, CAD 77, Ride Time 3:03, Recovery 29) - 50.5 Miles Bike
