Workout Notes 2011 Week 20

The importance of proper hydration
My focus this week was staying hydrated. That meant cutting down on the coffee and beer. That, and Dr. Mayo told me that I should stay off the advil until he could sort out my Hematuria problem. That all sounds worse that it is. And that sounds bad!
My intervals, runs, and swimming during the week went without problem. Saturday I had to get up early to get my time trials in. I had set my spikes by the door and then I left them there on my way out. The runs were unimpressive. I am not sure that they would have been much better had I run them in spikes.
