The Mile

I started June coming off two weeks of no running while trying to get my Chronic PF handled. I did manage to Run five track meets. Nothing spectacular but I got through the season without getting further injured. For the first time, I ran most of the events in racing flats rather than spikes!

First Week of June
Run - 4.8 Miles
Bike - 75.9 Miles
Swim - 2835 Meters

Second Week of June
Run - 20.8 Miles
Bike - 77.2 Miles
Swim - 7395 Meters

Third Week of June
Run - 19.3 Miles
Bike - 77.2 Miles
Swim - 8138 Meters

Fourth Week of June
Run - 20.9 Miles
Bike - 0 Miles
Swim - 8152 Meters

Last Week of June
Run - 9 Miles
Bike - 76.0 Miles
Swim - 6600 Meters

Total For June:
Run - 74.8 Miles
Bike - 306.3 Miles
Swim - 33120 Meters

Total for 2012
Run - 686.1 Miles
Bike - 1567.5 Miles
Swim - 204083 Meters
