Bought a new F150 last week!

Good Week. Pedro brought the swim workouts and Ron actually did more than 2K! Wednesday was slow! Very hot this week;. Solid ride and run off the bike with Jace on Sunday!+

Logan Spent most of July in Europe Playing Soccer

As usual, I started July with a lot of bike including the STH100. After tapering for Buffalo Springs, I ramped it up for Disco, then took a break but also did the TWU Triathlon!
