Workout Notes 2013 Week 43

The Ladies win their last home game on Senior night. Last home game for Coach Evans too.

Had Monday off so did the long run that I missed the previous weekend. That overloaded run mileage for the week! Finally got in a groove of swimming 3200. Nice bike on Sat with RBM as well.

Wetsuit hanging out

After Sunday Night football, I had a hard time getting in the groove on Monday and Tuesday. Logan had early games Saturday AND Sunday which put a dent into those workouts. However, I took off work Friday and Monday and had a nice long ride on Friday.
