Still very painful ribs. Started circuits minus Frogs, Pushups, Burpees and Situps. Took Thursday off of work and watched two of Logans High School Soccer Games out in Forney. Also two games on Friday after work.

Workout Notes 2014 Week 2

Lots of pain

Ribs still really sore this week. Running finally felt better on Friday. Bike was no problem so I doubled down on that. I could not extend my right arm over my head without pain so I logged zeros for swimming. Sunday was really nice weather and in the afternoon the wind was blowing 20-30 MPH out of the south, so I grabbed the roadie and took out two neighborhood KOMs!

December Workouts

XMAS!

The Dallas Marathon was canceled due to ice, which may have been a good thing as my achilles was bothering me a bit. I did manage to run the Jogr Egg Nogr in pouring rain and cold. Smallest turnout in its history! Hurt my ribs skiing in Taos and took two zeros on the last two days of the year. Gah!
