Workout Notes 2014 Week 7

Rancho San Antonio with Karl and Mike

Tough week - Flew out to San Jose on Monday, back on Thursday. Had a great run with Karl and Mike on Tuesday and then another great run with Mike on Wednesday. Friday we were in Ft Worth with Reagan for the Metroplex Challenge, she won second all around. And then Logan had a PESH game at McKinney High School Friday night. Logan and I drove down to Austin on Sat morning for the Lonestars Tournament and back on Sunday. Wow!

Tough Month! Cracked those ribs on Dec 19 and could barely run and not swim at all. Finally got it together by the end of the month. Swim fitness is lacking but I am getting better!

Workout Notes 2014 Week 6

Five Hours on the Trainer!

Third solid week in a row. Really cold below 20 for runs on Thursday and Friday! Chemicals in the pool were really horrible on friday - no one could breath. Insane 5 hour sufferfest on the trainer on Saturday followed by a nice swim and run Sunday.
