Workout Notes 2014 Week 17

Birthday Presents!

I aggravated my groan over the previous weekend, so I took it easy for most of the week. I had my best bike of the season on Sat and good run off the bike. Then I drove to Shreveport and back to collect some of Marissa's stuff. Legs were toast on Sunday. Cramped on the swim and legs were dead for the run - but I did finish the sunday run strong!

New shoes for my birthday! Thanks Dad!


Biggest week yet. Work was slow due to the Easter holidays AND I had Friday off. I managed to get in two 3 hour rides as a result. Unfortunately I had an accident (again) on the Saturday Ride. Very sore on Sunday as well.
