Bike Run Swim
Today I went to the club. First I hopped on the bike and cranked out 13+ miles in 40 minutes. Most of that was spinning over 100RPM. Then to the treadmill, where I knocked out almost 5 miles in 40 minutes. That was my third 40+ minute run in three days - the first time I've done that since June. I am finally starting to feel better with my running and I am also starting to feel my fitness returning.

Anyway, back to the workout, after the mill and some stretching, I headed to the pool. I knocked out 550 (yards? - I am not sure if the pool is SCY or SCM.) My plan was to do at least 800 yards, but my right calf started to cramp up. So I called it quits.

It was a nice workout. Felt good. I wish I had time to do more bike and swim during the week.
