November Workouts
October Started with the promise of being able to ratchet up my running, and ended with the realization that my knee situation required no running. So for November it was back to the pool, and laying off on the running while the knee heals some more. I picked up some bad allergies that turned into some nasty congestion over Thanksgiving. So the end of the month was pretty slow.

November 1 - 30 min 8.0 on the LeMond trainer

November 3 - 1200m Swim (12x100)
November 4 - 56.8 Miles Bike - 3:23, 16.8 ave MPH, 83 ave CAD.
November 5
November 6 - 5 mile run (40 min)
November 7 - 1200m Swim (12x100)
November 8 - 12.8 mile bike (46 min) (circuits) 16.4 ave MPH
November 9 - 1600m Swim (8x100m, 200m, 500m, 100m)
November 10 - Dr. Bunzo #7
November 11 -
November 12 -
November 13 - 11 mile Lifecycle (30 min)
November 14 - 2000 Swim (3x500+5x100)
November 15 - 30 min lifecycle 8.2 miles 106 ave CAD
November 16 - 2500m Swim (500 WU, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 500 WD)
November 17 - Dr. Bunzo #8
November 18 - 18.6 Miles Bike 1:06 (8 laps at the Crit Course)
November 19 -
November 20 -
November 21 -
November 22 - 36 Miles Bike 2:14, 16.1 ave MPH, with Terry and Jane.
November 23 -
November 24 -
November 25 -
November 26 -
November 27 - Dr. Bunzo #9
November 28 - 3.5 mile run!! 30 min
November 29 - All day meeting at work....Makes me nuts....
November 30 -

Bike: 151.4 miles
Swim: 8500 meters
Run: 8.5 miles
