Hmmm...Page 123 has some Middle Distance Track Workouts but no sentences; not a single full stop on that page. So from somewhere a bit from the top....

Monday B - 3/4 to an hour
Tuesday A - 1 to 1 1/2 hours
Wednesday L - 1500 Meters
Thursday A - 1 to 1.5 hours
Friday B - 3/4 hour

Sunday A - 1 1/2 to 2 Hours
