Workout Notes Week Ending July 22
Taper Week! Last week I was dragging so I figured I might as really taper down before the 1500 Saturday.

Monday July 16 - Intervals 8x:30 (:45 rest); 6.0 Miles Run


Tuesday July 17 -
3x(250, 250pull) - 1500 Swim

Wednesday July 18 -
SMU Track - 1000TT 5.4 Miles Run:
1000 - 70.9; 1:48.9 (38.0); 2:27.3 (38.4), 3:05.6 (38.3)

Thursday July 19 -
1500 Swim

Friday July 20 - First Rest Day Since June 9!

Saturday July 21 - 1500 - Texas Masters Track and Field Championships
. 5.75 Miles Run

Sunday July 22 - 60.4 Miles Bike. 60.4; Speed 17.2 ave, 33.1 Max; Cad 90 ave; Time 3:31

Total for the week:
Run - 16.15 Miles
Bike - 60.4 Miles
Swim - 3000 Meters

Total for July:
Run - 83.9 Miles
Bike - 180.5 Miles
Swim - 14100 Meters
