Workout Notes Week Ending Dec 9
I felt like crap at the start of the week and Monday was hell at work - so I took a rest day. But then I took a rest day today - that's an unusual two in one week for dubious reasons. I ran hard on Friday and the knee was a bit achy on Sat. I still need to take it easy running. My 100TT in the pool was the slowest of the season. Not good. :-P I am glad the week is over!

Monday Dec 3 - Off

Tuesday Dec 4 - 350WU, 3x(3x150 Easy, Steady, Hard) Swim on 3, kick on 5, pull on 3; 9x50, 100TT - 1:18; 100; 50, 6x100 on 2 - 3000 Swim.

Wednesday Dec 5 - 36 minutes run; 4.4 miles

Thursday Dec 6 - 400 WU; 2x(4x100 on 2; 4x75 on 90; 4x50 on 60; 4x25 on 30) 200, 100TT - 1:24; 300 - 3000.

Friday Dec 7 - 44 min run (Lifetime Dallas); 5.3 miles

Saturday Dec 8 - 32.3 mile bike; Ave Speed 17.0; CAD 80; Ride Time 1:53.

Sunday Dec 9 - Off.

Total for the week:
Run - 14.1 Miles
Bike - 32.3 Miles
Swim - 6000 Meters

Total for Dec:
Run - 17.9 Miles
Bike - 99.3 Miles
Swim - 6000 Meters
