Yet Another Batch of Beer
It looked like I had some free time today so I fired up the brew kettle! Not much to report in terms of new process.

For today we did:

7.0 lbs Pale Malt Extract
2 lbs. Ground Weyermann's Carafoam Crystal Malt
6.0 - 7.0 Gallons of Water
1.5 ounces of Challenger Hops (10.1%) Boiling
0.5 ounce of Hallertau Plugs Hops (5.0%) Finishing
Wyeast 1007 German Ale Yeast

Specific Gravity: 1.049

Update June 22 - SG 1.017 - In the bottle. Last week racked and dry hopped with .5 oz Hallertau

Update Oct 08 - This batch was a bit too carbonated.  Next time need to let the SG get below 1.013
