Workout Notes 2012 Week 5

The Killer 99 Liverpool Dalglish girls - Xara Winter Cup Champs
Intense.
Big swim on Monday with a solid 8 mile run with Ron in the afternoon. I made up my circuit workout on tuesday, then Wedensday Ron and I did a hard swim in the AM and then a KILLER 8 mile run in Arbor Hills.
Thursday brought spectacular weather so Alex and I decided to a bike ride over lunch. Right at the start Alex crashed into me leaving me with major roadrash and an injured left wrist. The wrist got really bad overnight. Lots of pain and swelling. I was sure it was fractured. Luckily by Saturday the pain subsided!
Now to try to recover.

AM LTF Plano w/Ron, Pedro, TJ, Jamie and Alex - 200; 200 Kick; 200 Gear; 4x50 first 25 stroke; 4x(100 on 90, 200 on 3:40); 50 kick; 2x(50 on 50, 100 on 95); 200 kick; 300 pull - 2850 Swim
PM Run with Ron - 60 min, (Recovery 47) 8 mile Run
Tuesday Jan 31 - Carpenter Park - Circuits Week 4 (recovery 21) 5.5 mile run

AM LTF Plano w/Ron, Pedro, Alex; TJ - 250; 4x100; 4x50 First 50 IM order; 4x50 Swim; 5x500 as Hard, steady, pull, steady(450), hard (450); 150kick; 150 pull; - 3700 Swim
PM Arbor Hills w/ron - 65 min (Recovery 31) 8 mile run
Thursday Feb 02 - Windhaven bike with alex (15.5 ave, CAD 78, ride time 1:34, alt 695, temp 77, ) 24.4 miles bike
Friday Feb 03 - Breckinridge - 40 min (recovery 30) 4 mile run
Saturday Feb 04 - Breckinridge - 34 min (recovery 30) 4 mile run
Sunday Feb 05 - Breckinridge - 33 min (Recovery 49) 4 mile run
