February Workouts

Reagan Level 8 Beam at HNI
I had taken it easy during January on the running as I headed into Feb as my Achilles was a bit sore. I started Circuits a bit late this year and continued those through Feb. In the middle of Feb Brooks asked me to run the Rock and Roll Half of Dallas on March 24. As a result I spent the last three weeks of Jan ramping up my running. Nearly 40K swimming and over 350 Bike miles was a good accomplishment as well.
