Workout Notes 2013 Week 12

Rock and Roll Half Marathon
Taper Week! Solid intervals on Monday with easy spin on Tuesday. Easy 30s intervals on Wednesday and easy distance on Thursday. Race was cold and I nailed it in 1:23! Whoop!
