Workout Notes 2013 Week 22

In Houston for the Texas Shootout Soccer Tournament
Monday was Memorial day. I headed up to Craig Ranch and joined a group there and rode north of McKinney and back home. Nice loop. That left me Tuesday and Thursday for circuit workouts - which I managed to do in the Morning at Breckinridge. Wednesday was a brutal swim with Batata and then in the afternoon I knocked out ten miles easy distance. Friday I swam with Ron and then managed a quick bike before taking Logan to Houston for her soccer tournament. Saturday I tried to run long in Houston but I was too tired and it was brutally humid (and windy). Weighed in at 149 on Thursday - Lowest that I can remember.
